Donato has been with RevPro Healthcare Solutions since 2011, and has played an integral role in several areas of its evolution. Having learned the nuts and bolts of RevPro's core processes while working as a Junior Accounts Manager, he has worked his way up to Senior Account Specialist with expanded responsibilities that include leading business development, client engagement, and compliance. Together with the other members of the executive team, he has enjoyed building a reputable company that values client satisfaction, accuracy and efficiency.

Donato spends part of his time meeting with existing and prospective clients. He helps existing clients refine their daily billing processes into a more efficient workflow. He frequently works with practice administrators and finance departments to facilitate appropriate policies and procedures affecting the revenue cycle. Donato also serves as one of the company's key compliance managers, and regularly attends seminars to stay up to date on the regulatory requirements of HIPAA.

Donato Rizzolo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Donato's skills include organization and management within the medical field, accounting and budgeting practices, strategic planning, law and ethics, and health economics. Healthcare Administration is the field relating to leadership, management, and administration of hospitals, hospital networks, health care systems, and public health systems. Donato is a highly qualified health care professional.

While enrolled at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA., Donato joined the Men's Tennis Team. In his time at the University of Mary Washington, Donato developed his singles game to very high level and improved his doubles game, and became a repeat all-star in both singles and doubles.
